In 2022, Abidi Pharmaceutical Group, one of Iran’s leading pharmaceutical companies, partnered with us to launch a public health campaign during World Hypertension Week. The brief was clear: educate the public about the ideal blood pressure number—120 over 80—and encourage preventive lifestyle changes.
Our creative team at Address Agency, based in the Middle East with regional reach including Tehran, dug into the science and insight behind blood pressure control. What we found was simple but profound: keeping your blood pressure balanced means keeping your entire lifestyle in balance—from food and sleep to exercise and stress.
So we built the campaign around that core truth.
The Big Idea:
To carry this message to the public, we created a lovable character: a cheerful animated heart trying to balance the magic numbers 12 and 8 while juggling different aspects of daily life. From avoiding salty foods to staying active and calm, the character made the science accessible, visual, and emotionally resonant.
The tagline:
“Balance Your Blood Pressure. Balance Your Life.”
(A perfect translation of the original Farsi line: "تعادل فشار خون، تعادل زندگی")
