In this campaign, we partnered with Digikala, the largest e-commerce platform in Iran, to promote their supermarket service — a growing vertical offering a wide range of daily essentials online.
The brief was clear:
Highlight the main frustration of neighborhood shopping — limited choice and improper products — and showcase Digikala’s wider, more reliable selection as the better solution.
Our team at Address Agency (formerly A.B.C.D Factory) crafted a concept that was both relatable and visually witty. We used exaggerated, playful visuals where customers faced everyday inconveniences — like using a kids' toothbrush instead of a proper adult one, or a baby stuck in an oversized diaper — symbolizing what happens when you have no real choice but to settle for what’s available.
